Since 2018, the Barolo has been a blend of San Giovanni and Monrobiolo di Bussia, but with the 2021 vintage comes the addition of Castellero—nestled between Cannubi and Bussia—adding an extra layer of fine complexity and elegance. The 2021 vintage combines the impeccable structure and balance of 2019 with the opulent perfume of 2020. The palate swells with perfectly ripe strawberry and red cherry, deepened by notes of young leather and fresh, sweet herbs.
